Mission Time Designs had included
a picture of a craftsman on our site named JSP Sales
(Duane) unknowingly leading customers to beleive he
worked for us or was part of us. We want our customers
to know his company was not affiliated with Mission
Time Designs. When MTD is too far behind we often recommend
customers to other shops. This was our mistake and we
are truly sorry for this. We realize there may be open
issues pertaining to this craftsman and will no longer
recommend that shop. If you made a purchase from him
assuming you were purchasing from Mission Time Designs
please contact us and we will try and resolve any open
issues. Again, we are truly sorry.
